Wen1win Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide for Malaysia

1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to wen1win. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the wen1win platform at wen1win.ws, you hereby agree to be fully bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document, as well as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other guidelines published by wen1win from time to time.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and wen1win ("Company", "We", or "wen1win"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using the wen1win platform.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the platform wen1win, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) wen1win account only. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Closure of all associated accounts without prior notice
• Forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and winnings held in those accounts
• Permanent ban from the wen1win platform

At the time of registration, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. wen1win shall not be held liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information submitted during registration.

3.1 Password Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your wen1win account. Ensure your password:

• Must contain at least 8 characters
• A combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers
• Not shared with anyone, including family members
• Different from the password you use on other platforms

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions at wen1win processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved local payment methods. We do not support transactions in foreign currencies.

• All bonuses carry a rollover requirement (wagering requirement) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type — typically between 15x to 30x bonus value.
• The Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Attempting to claim a new bonus through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Each game contributes at a different rate toward the rollover requirement. Sports Betting typically contributes 100%, while some Live Casino games may contribute at a lower rate.
• Wen1win reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform wen1win and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Fraud and forgery: Providing false information during registration or verification.

• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or to exploit the promotions system.
• Game manipulation: Using automated software (bots), tool-assisted card counting techniques, or any other dishonest means to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players to manipulate outcomes in poker or multiplayer games.
• Account splitting: Transferring funds between different wen1win accounts to circumvent betting limits or rollover requirements.
• Threats or harassment: Threatening, harassing, or abusing the support team or other players on wen1win.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 By wen1win

Wen1win reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or illegal conduct
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

8.2 By Member (Voluntary Closure)

You may close your wen1win account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@wen1win.ws. Before closing, please ensure you have withdrawn all eligible balances from your account.

9 Liability Cap

Wen1win provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, wen1win shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from use of the platform, including legitimate betting losses
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, third-party technical failures, or circumstances beyond wen1win's control (force majeure)
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by payment service providers (DuitNow, banks, e-wallets, and the like)
• Unauthorised access to your account by a third party resulting from your failure to keep your password secure

Wen1win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount you have made in the 30 days preceding that claim.
